The Scope of Our Support Services

We provide technical support for our plugins so long as you have a valid license for the site in question.

Users of the free plugin are always provided with support.

Below is a list of what our support excludes:

  • Customisation/modification of the existing plugins’ codebase beyond what is provided in our Knowledge Base.
  • Styling customisations of our feed item display methods beyond what is provided in our Knowledge Base.
  • Styling customisations of a theme’s display of posts when using the Feed to Post add-on.
  • Implementation of custom field mapping and extraction rules for Feed to Post users.
  • Issues with the functionality of 3rd party applications integrated with our plugins.
  • Issues with server and website setups that affect the functionality of our plugins, such as WordPress cron.

We may provide guidance on resources to refer to for the above situations.
