Taking Screenshots & Screencasts
Often times our support team will request screenshots in order to ascertain whether you have the correct settings in place or for any other reason. When sending such screenshots it is important to include all available settings in a way that our support staff will be easily able to investigate them.
If you don’t have your own software to take screenshots we have a few suggestions:
